This apartment features a balcony and a sofa bed apartment is an unique venue nestling in the centre of Granada and offering 15 minutes' walking distance to The Alhambra. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, a rainfall shower, a walk-in shower and a bidet. The accommodation comes with a luggage storage, a conference room and truck parking.

Guests are accommodated in annex rooms overlooking the city not far from Plaza Nueva. Popular places in the area include Calle Navas which is 1000 meters away and Plaza del Carmen near the property. Lamoraga and La Moraga Granada can be reached within a walking distance of 5 minutes.

The central station is in proximity to the building.
